3. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are open to clients internationally, subject to applicable local laws.
4. Purchases & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the full charge for the applicable product or service.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges on any purchases.

6. Digital Course Access
Upon purchase of Subscribers to Sales or any digital course, you will receive access to the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute course content in any form. Access details will be provided via email after purchase.
7. 1:1 Services & Scheduling
For Bloom Business Reset and Office Hours, scheduling details will be provided after purchase. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, and will do our best to accommodate a timely alternative.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on emilyleduc.com, including course materials, written content, graphics, and session resources, is the intellectual property of Leduc Marketing LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
