Hi, I’m Emily!
When I think back to the times in my life when I've experienced the most growth—whether learning a new skill, navigating a challenge, or creating meaningful momentum—it was because I was surrounded by women who were on a similar journey.
Yet for years I built my business without that kind of community.
And I found myself recreating the very thing I had left corporate to escape—measuring my success by productivity, constantly wondering if I was doing enough, and slowly losing touch with my intuition and creativity.
Everything began to change when I realized there was another way to build a business.
I started honoring my natural rhythms through cycle syncing, surrounding myself with aligned women entrepreneurs, and trusting that combining strategy, energetics, and intuition led to success.
Entrepreneurship started to feel more easeful, joyful, and less lonely. The biggest transformation came from having the right people around me while building a business that felt aligned with who I was becoming.
That's why I created Bloom.
A place where women entrepreneurs can think bigger, make more confident decisions, strengthen their marketing, and build alongside women who expand what's possible—without losing sight of themselves or the life they're building toward.

Our schedule follows this general cadence each month, though dates and times may occasionally change.
