HI, I’M EMILY

Marketing Strategist & Facilitator

Emily LeDuc, Marketing Strategist, A woman sitting on a light-colored cushioned armchair by a window with sheer curtains, holding a laptop on her lap, smiling, with a vase of dried flowers on the floor beside her.

I help women entrepreneurs create clear, relationship-based systems that attract and nurture clients.

Coming from a corporate marketing background means I know what drives results, but it also means I’ve seen the burnout that comes from working against your natural rhythms. That’s why I help you work smarter not harder. Inside my work, you’ll get tangible frameworks, but also a way of working that honors your capacity, so your business can grow in a way that shapes the life you want.

My Approach

The Three Relationships That Foster Business Growth

Clients

The foundation of your marketing—a relationship-driven ecosystem with offers that make sense, emails that earn trust, and content that connects. Instead of chasing visibility, your biz becomes a magnetic community.

Sisterhood

You’re not meant to build in isolation. Through community, collaboration, and shared momentum with other women entrepreneurs, you get the support, perspective, and accountability that make growth feel easier and fun.

Self

Your capacity matters. Your energy matters. How you work matters. We look at your natural rhythms, including cycle awareness, so you can show up in a way that feels steady instead of forced. This is what makes consistency sustainable.

My Story

I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was a kid. I sold whatever I could make with my hands, setting up little stands wherever people gathered. Though I couldn’t name exactly what my business would be, I always knew I was meant to grow something of my own.

After college, I followed the “smart” path into corporate and got a crash course in relational marketing. Email was fun for me—a way to study human behavior. I learned how the right strategy moves the needle. I also saw how hustle culture was creating health challenges for women.

When I went looking for my own health answers—especially around my cycle—I ran into the limits of the system. I started self-educating and felt the spark of something deeper: my body, my business, it’s all connected. I began developing cycle awareness and moving toward a more holistically-minded approach to my work.

Eventually, I started my own consultancy and, simultaneously, got certified in herbalism. As I set out as as solopreneur, I craved the kind of connection I’d once had as part of a team, so I started building it: virtual co-working, honest conversations, and spaces where women didn’t have to do business alone.

I saw how quickly women bloom in business when they’re witnessed and supported. This continues to guide me as I support other women entrepreneurs today.

My Philosophies

A Peek Inside My Mind

  • Business is an ecosystem. When your marketing works together (offers, email, content, and client experience) everything flows. When it doesn’t, everything feels harder.

  • Relationship-building is the real growth strategy. Trust comes first, and revenue follows.

  • Community changes everything. We’re not meant to build in a vacuum.

  • Consistency comes from within. Sustainable growth happens when you stop forcing and start working with your natural cycles.

  • Nature is an ally. Seasonal living, cycle awareness, and plant wisdom can be practical support for clearer decisions and steadier energy.

  • Simplicity is power. The best strategy is the one you’ll actually use.
